Please note that for small-sided rules/laws, U-10 and below, most of the rules that the coaches need for general play are located in the District 4 Operating Procedures Addendum – U10 & Below. See Appendix B for especially useful information. Of course the FIFA Laws, the BIYSC Standing Rules and Regulations, and the WSYSA Administrative Handbook 2008 – 2009 also apply to the extent that they are inconsistent.
For U11 and above
For the most part, the rules are found in the District 4 Operating Procedures,FIFA Laws, BIYSC Standing Rules and Regulations, and the WSYSA Administrative Handbook 2008 – 2009. Please note that there are some U-11 rules that are noted in the District 4 Operating Procedures Addendum – U10 & Below with regard to field markings. See Appendix B for especially useful information.
