We are delighted to announce that Bainbridge Island Soccer Academy will be running a 'Academy Team' in 2008. Which will enable talented and dedicated soccer players access to an advanced coaching enviroment over a longer period than Bainbidge FC select soccer.
Why Academy Teams ?
The long term goal is to be able to place Academy teams in the WSYSA Premier leagues at U14. Each Academy team will have a head coach who is highly qualified and experienced. This exposure to consistent quality training we believe will greatly heighten the chances of player and team success.
The Academy will provide aspiring U10 players a soccer environment to assist in their personal development toward soccer excellence.
This program is a little different from select in that there will be a player agreement, below is an outline of what that will entail.
We recognise this is not for everyone, but are happy to provide this opportunity for young players whose primary sport is soccer.
