BISA is excited to introduce a Speed, Agility and Quickness program. 

Qualified SAQ Trainer Phil Avison will host camps and continuing training programs using the latest methods, including speed belts, sonic chutes, sidesteppers, plyometric hurdles and speed ladders to ensure a fun, challenging and rewarding program.

Behavioral patterns of movement use a systematic physical approach for the preperation and development of multi directional exposive movement.

SAQ Training to develop particular aspects of performance ability:

  • Linear 1st step explosion

  • Explosive hand-eye co-ordination
  • Fast controlled and 90 degree turning movements
  • Sequential movement patterns
  • Backwards movement
  • Explosive 5-10-15-20 meter acceleration
