Pre-Game Schedule Check
A few days before every game you must check your game schedule at the D4 site. While not often sometimes the District changes game times and locations. They make an effort to contact coaches, but it’s best to make it your habit to verify yourself.
Game Day Roster Sheet
You must prepare a roster sheet for each game and give a copy to the referee. Here are the roster sheets in various formats.
Reporting Results After a Game
You must report the results of your game immediately after your game at www.d4soccer.org.

Referees
The Mod referees are mostly teenagers and learning the game. Be respectful and, if you believe that a referee made a mistake, wait until ½ time or after the game to gently inform the referee of the mistake. Be sure that the players thank the referees after every game.
